Information that is easier to reach.
Our approach
PMA wants people to find product information, read guidance and contact the team using the devices and tools that work for them. WCAG 2.2 Level AA is a reference for improvements. A complete assessment against every applicable requirement has not been completed, so this page does not claim full conformance.
Navigation and display
Use Tab and Shift+Tab to move between controls and Enter or Space where appropriate to activate them. Menus can be dismissed with Escape. The FAQs use expandable controls. Browser zoom can enlarge pages: Command and + or − on a Mac, or Ctrl and + or − on Windows.
Movement and controls
The contact page includes a Pause logos checkbox. Reduced-motion preferences turn off the logo animation and menu transitions. The configurator offers labelled selection controls, a review step and a downloadable text brief.
Documents and external content
Older manufacturer documents and other external resources may not provide the same accessible experience as these web pages. If a document or feature is difficult to use, tell PMA what information you need and the format that would help.
Report a problem
Email sales@pma.uk.com or call 01484 843 708. Include the page address, what you were trying to do and what went wrong. Details of the browser, device or assistive technology may help; you do not need to disclose medical information.
Ongoing review
Responsive layout and interaction checks support the accessibility of this website, but they do not replace a full accessibility audit. PMA will update this statement as assessment and improvements continue.
