No. Avoiding analytical reagents, membranes and electrolyte removes those consumables, but reference checks, inspection and model-specific maintenance remain necessary.
Mechanical cleaning helps keep the sensing surfaces clear, with electrochemical cleaning supporting the measurement. Water conditions and the maintenance requirements of the supplied model still matter.
Suitable in-pipe, immersion and flow-cell configurations can be reviewed for the selected sensor. Include water conditions, isolation, drainage and safe service access when choosing the arrangement.
D20 provides a local display and configuration interface, with routes into site monitoring and records. Power, outputs, logging and communications must match the specified system.
Provide the disinfectant and expected residual, water chemistry, temperature and pressure, monitoring point, available power and required outputs. A process sketch and site photographs help explain the installation.
Start with your water chemistry. Choose the installation and connections, then see how your sensor and controller work together.
Tell us about your disinfectant, water chemistry and installation. PMA can help you work through the sensor, controller and integration requirements.
